Travelodge Croydon Central

I was pleasantly surprised by the value for money at this hotel. The prices were incredibly affordable, especially considering the attention to detail and the great location. It was just a short walk to the Croydon East railway station, making it very convenient for exploring the area. The staff were friendly and provided basic amenities in the rooms, which were in good condition. The breakfast options were also satisfying, offering a good start to the day.

All was well with my stay.

Good location to central London

The house keeper never clean the flooring and when they change the bedding they just throw the bedding on the floor. All the tables and surfaces arn't never cleaned. And they just check once a day for the cleaning, if the door have the DND door hanger on when they pass the door. They would just skip the house keeping service for 1-2 days. Besides, there's a very mean front desk staff called Purnika. She never listen to her clients. She just ignore me when I was talking to her and she said I was rude when I talked to her, so she didn't want to talk to me. I never encounter this kind of poor service before. So do I need to be very happy when my keys didn't work for 2 days in a row? This's a nightmare for me staying in this hotel.

Room was a good value. WiFi was working perfectly. The hotel was near to Croydon Minster. We definitely coming here again, thank you very much😀😃😀

The noise from other guests in the corridor can sometimes be a disturbance.

The basic amenities in the rooms were great, with spotless bed linen and very comfortable facilities. Lastly, I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the breakfast. It was delicious and provided a good start to the day.
